TOUREST 2004 is the largest and best-established Travel and Trade Fair of the Baltic states, taking place on 27. - 29.02.2004 in the Fair Centre of Estonian Fairs in Tallinn. TOUREST 2003 was attended by 356 exhibitors and co-exhibitors from 25 countries. These numbers are growing year by year.
The motto of TOUREST is "Holidays start here" and in 2004 it will be held 13th time. The fair has undergone a renovation from its concept to its external form, so as to meet the expectations of exhibitors and guests to the maximum. The goal is to be more client-orientated than in previous years and certainly is expected the forthcoming TOUREST to set a new record in visitor numbers.
The fair is divided into 3 days with different orientation:
- Friday open 10:00-18:00
The first day of the fair is dedicated to professionals - business to business - Estonian tour operators, travel agents, foreign tourist boards and travel companies can make many useful contacts and establish partnerships. Doors are open to the guests as well.
- Saturday 10:00-18:00
The highlights of the most popular day among visitors are all dedicated to different countries and tours from Estonia to different destinations.
- Sunday 10:00-16:00
Attention to Estonian domestic tourism.
TOUREST 2004 will cover 4800 m2 of exhibition space. Tourist boards of many different countries, tour operators, travel agencies, carriers, hotels, caterers, insurance companies, sellers of maps, travel guides, hiking and travel gear and many others are expected to participate in TOUREST 2004. Great attention will be also paid to the opportunities of Estonian domestic tourism.
Why to participate?
The Fair is excellent opportunity to establish many useful partnerships and make interesting contacts by meeting Estonian incoming and outgoing tour operators, travel agencies, accommodation; transport etc. companies as well foreign tourist boards and travel related companies. As the number of participants show - almost everyone from Estonian tourism industry will participate and those who won't will definitely attend as visitors with all the other visitors from Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and other neighboring countries.
For foreign exhibitors are created optimum possibilities of introducing their country, people, products and services and support their activities with the main stage entertainment program "Travel around the World". Exhibitors can best introduce themselves in cooperation with the organizers, by blending presentation episodes into the interactive program. The entertainment program includes different games for visitors, in which the prizes are related to travelling and different countries. Every exhibitor is welcome to award prizes or make special show on the main stage to advertise its exhibition even better. And it is free of charge for participants.
